I have searched several times for a much better item,but this item has usually proved most satisfactory. Considering that I have had a profitable kidney transplant for over 38 years, my only caveat is being vulnerable to some skin infections, specifically in my ankle areas. This item is far better to any Curad brand. When compared to Johnson & Johnson’s other brand of “significant band-aid” (it looks just like an oversized standard Band-help), this item is far superior. I learned by painful expertise the other item, even following 24 hours, begins to turn into “disassembled”, loosing the adhesive qualities on 1 or both sides.
If the intended user will be engaged in any extensive physical work-out when using this product on the extremities, I would advocate applying some medical good quality “micro-pore” very first help tape (either paper or “Next Care Versatile Clear First Aid Tape” about the outside perimeter of the massive Band-Help adhesive Pad.
